On the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend, we realized that the air conditioner just wasn't getting the place cool enough. So we stopped by the office on a Thursday afternoon and expressed our concern.The very next afternoon, we drove up to discover a man replacing the air conditioner compressor ... a brand new one being installed and at no cost to me!
I was so impressed that this non-profit retirement community really does invest in quality homes for its residents!
Thanks to their rapid-action response, we had a very comfortable Memorial Day Weekend in the new house. (It would have been miserably hot there if not for their quick response to my situation!)
