A damp week in the Valley

New apples on the back garden tree
Patch is happy for a dry deck!
We have had a rather damp week which has made for somewhat chilly temperatures in Stevensville. Summer arrives next week and by the looks of the apples appearing on the tree in the back garden, it is going to be a bumper crop for Charles to collect!

Home again

Almost to Bozeman
A required stop in Three Forks
Rock formation along the Continental Divide
Our trip to Billings for the Yellowstone Annual Conference came to an end today with the lengthy drive back to Stevensville. It was nice to be away from home for a bit but nicer still to make it back to my own bed!

Road trip to Billings

A quick stop at the Dinner Bell
A long way still to go...
At "home" in Billings
We have arrived in Billings after a very lengthy trip from Stevensville. We travelled 372 miles from door to door! Tomorrow Belinda and Charles have meetings in the afternoon and then the Annual Conference meetings begin in earnest on Thursday.

On the road to Billings

This week I'm going with Belinda and Charles to Billings, Montana where they will be attending the Yellowstone Annual Conference sessions (this is a yearly meeting of United Methodists in Montana, 1/2 of Wyoming, and a church in Salmon, Idaho).

Beautiful scenery

Belinda and Charles attended a graduation party of a young man from our church Sunday afternoon and took this picture of the scene from their home. Such a beautiful place!
