The changing seasons

The sky over the Bitterroot Valley was clear today which allowed for an unhindered view from the parsonage of St. Mary's Peak. We shall be seeing the mountains until the trees come into full leaf sometime in late spring.

Autumn on College Street

Following last weekend's trip to Bozeman,it was back to appointments in Missoula and enjoying the autumnal weather in Stevensville. 

On Wednesday, Belinda and I joined several other ladies at the church for an afternoon of crafting for the upcoming United Methodist Women's bazaar. I worked on scarves while Belinda was decorating artificial pumpkins!

A weekend in Bozeman

Belinda and Charles were attending the Yellowstone Conference United Methodist Women's annual gathering this weekend and I joined the outing and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way!

 Belinda and I attended the annual "Friend-raiser" at Corvallis UMC Monday evening. This is an event held each year to support the Intermountain children's program in Helena.

Wednesday with Saundra and Belinda

Belinda and Saundra took advantage of the splendid weather to explore Main Street in Stevensville and a side visit to the wildlife refuge. This evening we all were present for the Wednesday evening gathering at the church.

Charles took pictures of the wild turkeys that frequent our street each winter. They are early which I hope isn't a forecast of long, cold winter!

Tuesday with Saundra and Belinda

Another delightful day with Saundra and Belinda. We visited the Daly Mansion and had lunch at Memories Café (in Corvallis), both wonderful parts of our Valley.
