The cold, white winter is a bit of a bother in getting about, but it does offer some beauty by way of compensation.

The turkeys in the neighborhood

The turkeys that have settled into the neighborhood have made regular stops in our backyard. Yesterday morning Charles got some ground-level pictures from the basements windows.  It's been fun seeing these very social birds in action.

Christmas at the parsonage

My first Christmas since moving to Montana this year was a delightful one. In addition to the nice gifts from Belinda and Charles, we had a wonderful meal, courtesy of the the Christmas Day potluck hosted by the Corvallis UMC.

 The activities never seem to slow down here in Stevensville! Yesteday was the annual Christmas party hosted by the Stevensville UMC United Methodist Women, so much fun! And then today we visited the last of the holiday bazaars for the season, this one at the Corvallis UMC (just south of Stevensville).
