One of Belinda's PEO sisters dropped off a special thought today at the parsonage as we remembered the anniversary of Mo's passing.
Welcome to my blog! Retirement is a great time in life! I am really enjoying my life in southwestern Montana! (In most cases, if you double-click over a picture, it will TRIPLE IN SIZE.)

A living memorial
Belinda's brother, Rob, planted a tree in honor and memory of their mom today, which happened to be Arbor Day.
Planted in the "lower meadow" at the Hammitt's ranch, the "Double H," in Elbert, Colorado. Mo's ashes were placed around the roots of the tree to nourish the growth of this living memorial. Above is the link to the video of Rob spreading her ashes. (And watch the last three seconds of the video very carefully! You'll see a round greenish ball of light dancing around the lower left of the screen. We believe it is Mo's spirit dancing for joy … in harmony with the singing birds.)
